Wacom Airbrush in ZBrush

Hey

Does anyone know how to use the stylus wheel on a Wacom Airbrush in ZBrush?
Is it possible…?
I would like to be able to control something like Drawing Size with the wheel!

Thanks!

I just got my hands on an airbrush, and am really curious about this as well…

when I got it, I thought the effect of the wheel would be assigned much like the touch strip on the tablet itself… but apparently, its functionality has to be built into the software

I already use the left touch strip to control my brush size… it would be amazing to use the pen wheel to control Z or RGB intensity as well

The only application the airbrush seems to work in is Corel Painter Latest version.

Other than that I found it sort of a waist. :o

All the wacom extra pen are the same. The old faithful that comes with the tablet is the best.

It works fine in Photoshop as well
However, it shouldn’t be a big deal to incorporate this mapping feature in ZBrush, I hope they will do that (or someone else) at one point…!

I get airbrush too, and also vote for integrate features with wheel  :+1:

That should come in Zbrush 3.5, please !

Airbrush with zintensity control would be awesome, drawsize can be controlled by the strip, but we could have more ´choices´ with our wacoms and our stylus.

Even support for 6D art pen would be great, imagine brushes like rake or other that could be controlled by simple pen rotation, that’s much more ´sculp like´ feel than ever.

Please guys, do something about it

And dear Zbrush users, add your comments and wishes here to express how much you’d love to have those features up.

Cheers,

Bumping that thread, I want to buy the airbrush for my intuos 3 and want to know if it works now in zb3.5R2 ?

Having this feature would be very productive for 2d texturing or 3d sculpting. Utilize Wacom 6D pen rotation or airbrush wheel for additional level of real time control over brush size , RGB opacity, or brush adjustment in Paint Stop.
