vray, max, zb3.1 short sleeves

Using displacement modifier in max with displacement generated in zb3.1 multidisplacement 3 r32 LBEK code I am getting short sleeves and jacket bottom. Tried scaling the bitmap in max which makes things go bananas. Is there a setting that can give me a better fit?

Although this is displacement I will try and alter the maps in photoshop. I think that was the advice.
