Vray 2.0 & Displacements 32 bit or 16 bit + Maya 2012

I have already searched the forum, as well as google. And I have not found any tutorials or information regarding rendering with Vray 2.0 and Maya 2012. I Know with all the amazing talent on this forum, there must be many using Vray as a render engine and using Displacement maps. I previously used Vray in 3DS Max and had no issue adding a Displacement modifier to the model and using my displacement map no problem. But now I cannot seem to get a workflow going, especially with 32 bit Displacement. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know there have to be quite a few out there who know. Even links to tutorials would be awesome!

Anyone who can help with setting up 32 bit or 16 bit displacements in Vray for Maya? I tried using a 16 bit map flipped on V with smooth UV and adaptive checked. I set my alpha as luminance and alpha gain is 1. offset is -0.5 and it seems to be way too much.
