leopard ready to 3d-print and rendered in keyshot

Hi, how do you made the holes on the leopard head? You painted the mask and then converted in polygroup.
Volodja81 in short, so.
I paint Leopard’s spots over model and delete masked. then i use Zremesher for get regular mesh, then click GroopLoops, to make loop around the holes, and then PanelLoops for thickness
Thanks! I make a model with holes looks like this head and search best way to do it. Already try use to use mask and Project, result was`t look well.
