Visible polygons on divisions.

Hello everybody, I have a small question.
When I take a mesh and divide multiple times and sculpt it, I seem to be having an issue with smoothing the polygons. On higher divisions the original low polygon lines/edges are quite visible. Is this related to the viewport or is my model not fully smooth ?

I’m not sure exactly what you’re describing and this could be multiple things. Can you show an image of what you’re getting?

Is Smooth ticked in the Geometry palette when you subdivide?
