Hello All, please leave some comments on how to improve the base of this character, I dont want to move onto details till the base is very nice, its a decent start and prolly my best yet but I know it can be better.
Ummmm, well what had you intended to do with this model? Sort of a weird question on your part. Did you have a concept to work from? You have a name for this sculpt, so what made you choose that? People can offer help with what you are doing and intending to do. Otherwise you are asking them to do it, which defeats the point of asking for help. 
Ah, well Vigo came from the name vonage, phone service and google. I wanted to make up a name for a gentle character that cares, but at the same time can look mean to a mean person. I believe I am getting that look. Id still like to model teeth for this character, and possibly some other features.
Ok all, I worked on him more and added in some more details at level 4 subd.
