Hey Folks,
This is a strange one and it has to be a bug.
this is hard for me to describe, sorry.
I like to have my document fill up my viewport as much as I can. If the model gets scaled so large that it takes up the whole document view I can normally use the white border frame around the image to rotate/tumbe the model to get better angles.
Here is the bug, if the model fills up the document viewport, to the point were anywhere you click would be on the mesh and I click on the document in that space between the white line and the document border. I can click and hold to rotate/tumble the model. However when I release the click at the desired position the model disappears.
here is the interesting part. the mesh is not gone its just not displaying, if I use the rotate button after the model disappears the model reappears in the location that I moved it using border frame.
I hope I’m explaining this well enough. its really annoying to be all zoomed up into an area of the mesh and try to rotate the mesh ever so slightly only to have it vanish. This only happens when I use the border rotate, all other methods to rotate the mesh work fine.
