i keep getting an error when i try exporting a movie. says error unable to create movie file and i hit OK and then another message comes up, Zcast note: Sorry, error encountered while exporting a movie.
any idea how to fix this?

do you have quicktime installed?
yea but i figured out what the issue was, ( even tho zbrush didnt tell me that a file was missing ) some .dll i had to find and copy and clean and fix 
got it working now. thank you.
Had exactly the same problem. Repaired QuickTime and managed to get a movie to work.
