Victorian House?

Here’s a shot of the William Carson House in California. After seeing the ZClassroom tutorial by Sebastian Legrain called Architectural Modeling with Projection Master, I am wondering if it is possible to use those techniques in ZBrush to duplicate the exteriors of such architecture. If it is, is it a stretch, or would I be better off using another software with hard surface polygon modeling?

Thanks.

very nice modeling, only this part …i would like to see the whole house…i love it:p

Here’s another photo from Google Images of the Carson House. Is it better to model using a hard-surface modeler for this type of project?

I would use maya to block out the biggest parts, and zbrush to make all the little details. Zbrush is most than capable of that kind of modelling, but it’s not optimal for it
