can any one tel me how can i change brushes with keyboard keys?

Yes. Open the Brush palette and Ctrl+Click on the brush that you wish to select. Without moving the cursor off that brush, press the shortcut key that you wish, then press Enter.
Be sure to save the shortcut keys using the Preferences palette.
This applies to more than brushes. Most interface elements can have hotkeys assigned or changed.
