"Vampire"(Based on Vampire the RPG Book series)

Hello guys, I want to share my last model , that was for a mini challenge I did with a few friends.
This Vampire was quite inspired on Vampire (RPG series). I use this opportunity to study v-ray for the first time,I´m not 100% happy with it, but I´m calling it done and going ahead with the next one!

Modeling done with 3dsmax and zbrush, textures with photoshop and zb render is V-ray.

Great Model! And nice shaders!

Beautiful work!

Awesome. Oddly enough, looks exactly like the vampire character I made in Champions Online back when I was playing it.

Thats really nice detail on the clothes!
Can you share how you did model them ? Texture alpha, mask and then inflate etc ?

Superb sculpt :+1: !

great work!

Well, all base modeling was done in max, I use zb tb make all detail, in this old img only the torso and the “big red cloth” already has been already been sculpt in zb,(still without some adjusts too) :

It´s nothing too especial, all brushs and alphas are from the default zbrush (standard, clay and inflat brushs) expect the Dam brush, done by Maddam some time ago. The way that I use the brushes aren´t different from any video/tutorial from zb (clay brush to block, make some volume. Standard and Dam brush for the details like wrinkes and veins, and inflat to push this details a bit more, like on the ribs for example).

Eof3d has posted some tutorial about how to make this red cloth some time ago (link), I used a quite similar method too. I hope that helps.

Thanks.

Nice model nice shaders :+1:

Very nice, i dig this guy. What brush did you use to make his veins? They look really nice.

solid and clean !!! Loving it !

super like …awesome work…:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

So you model those cloth shapes in 3dmax, as hard surface… loah, thats nice!
You did a really good job man, ! Congrats!

Looking real good! Great sculpting and texturing.

He looks like a young Denethor, from Gondor, in Lord of the Rings.
