UVs from external app Issue

Hi guys

Lately i´m having troubles when trying to create UVs in external package.(3DCoat, Maya)
Workflow was:

1-Creating mesh inside Zbrush
2-export to 3DCoat for Uving
3-Import to Maya to check Uvs Double vertices etc…
4-Import inside Zbrush
5-Copy Uvs with UVmaster
6-Paste Uvs
7-Autogroup to check

Results always fail

Another crazy thing happening here is when i tryed to import over the original model (Overwriting the object should keep Subdivisions and hopefully update UVs) The problem here is after importing the mesh looses all subdivisions and is scaled up.

Update:

I redid all steps again and now it works perfectly. I´m thinking it could be caused because polygroups and Edit in 3DCoat plugin
Doing all manually worked like a charm
