UVs cancel out polygroups?

Hi. using ZBr 4 on a PC, XP x 64-bit, 8 gigs RAM.

I’m working on a ZTool that had various polygroups assigned. Today I exported an obj and layed out UVs for the mesh in an external program. I then imported the obj with the new UVs. Everything seemed to work great. All the subdiv levels and hirez detail are all intact. However, the previous polygroups have all been erased and I am now unable to create new polygroups. Anyone know why and if there’s a solution?

Never mind guys. Just a stupid error on my part. texture was on. Problem solved. Duh.
