UVs and Polyorder problem, 3.5 and 3Ds Max 2010!!! Please help!

Hello, I need some help with the Uvs of a model im working on. The problem im experiencing is that when i import back the mesh with the new UVs made in Max, the poly order/vertex order is messed up and therefore my UVs also. here are some pics for you to better understand what’s happening.

As you see the polys are all inverted or something :S anyway, i hope someone can help me or correct my workflow, cuz i rly don't know where i messed up :S
