Hi. I’ve created Uv in Zbrush… check it, it was ok.
I exported my model to .obj and open in 3d max. My Uv break into peaces…
what’s wrong?
go to Tool>Export then make sure that Mrg is on and Grp is off. then click the export button below of it.
Max is breaking your UV’s.
There are a ton of threads on the problems with the obj importer in MAX.
Do a search for that and you’ll see the round about solutions that have been found.
I use Modo and XSI so I don’t get this problem. Maya and C4D also don’t have this problem from what I hear.
no it’s not, I have max and I just change the settings in the Zbrush and it worked!
OMFG… sry. I created topic about this problem before :lol: 3 months ago and forgot about it. Ye, i remember this solution with Mrg “Onn”
