UV seams problems

Actually there are more problems i want to know how to solve.

  1. i have a PSD texture that i want to bake to my model, so i did texture>color. but i see my baked texture on my model is a bit blurry compare to my PSD texture. Why?

  2. my model has multiple UV sets. i tried to bake my textures to the model and tried to use clone to get rig of the seams. i saw no seams in zbrush and i thought everything goes well, but when i imported the textures to maya, i still see the seams. WHy?? (i turned off filter and anti-aliasing)

Anyone know How to make seamless textures across multiple UV sets?

Regarding your first problem, you are transfering a pixelbased Imagefile into Polypainting - it gets blurry oin Polypainting if you have less Polys than pixels in your Image. Say you have a 4k Map. That equals roughly 16 Million Polygons (maybe even more depending how your UVs looks like). If you have less polys you are going to loose details from your map (and you might not want to do polypainting at all and stick to projection painting to maintain pixelbased textures).

Your second problem is probably due to the fact that you are smoothing your UVs differently in Zbrush than in your renderer. You might consider not smoothing your UVs at all.

i tried not to smooth the model, but still have the seams.
