UV - Seam error

Hello there, I was watching the tutorial on the gnomon site on how to create seams in clothes and always end up with the same problem…

I used UV Master to generate Uv maps then exported that file to max to put the maps straigh for the displacement map and when i load the textures on the mesh I get weird bugs..

you have seams in your map. Check the borders of your UVs.
