UV Question

HI,
is it possible to start sculpting in Zbrush without unwrapped UV’s. Also creat new Geometry with Zbrush’s Primitives and then export the lowPoly Mesh. Then unwrappe the UVs and then reimport the the UVs to create the Displacmentmap ?

And when this is possible, how?
