How can I arrange the uvs of the model which is detailed in zbrush. I have a problem in reloading the updated object to zbrush. In other words if i retopology my object, can I arrange its uv.

It depends on a lot of things. If you’re bringing it into Max, try converting it into Editable Poly before you export again from Max. It comes in as Editable Mesh. There are a lot of postings on the settings you should use going from the different programs, so have a look at those. I always do a test on this early on in my modeling to make sure I can go back and forth without a blowout.
