uv master doesnt show up under my plugins in zbrush.I do have 3.5 and it shows up under my startup folder but when I open up zbrush its not listed with the other plugins.

Could you show a screen shot of your ZStartup\Zplugs folder? Please show the whole window, including the part that shows the directory path.
