UV Master Missing 4R2

From what I am reading all plugins already came installed in 4r2 but I am missing UV master I checked the /zstartup/zplugs and I do see the UV_MASTER4.0 and its folder but it is not listed in my zb interface. I tried replacing with the 4.0 and still nothing was it moved? Or do we need to do something to activate it?

Running windows 7 64 bit with 8 gigs ram.

Aha a little more research I am able to load it using Lightbox, havent tested to see if it works properly but at least it shows up in my menu now. Anyone else having problems with this?
