UV Master issue - Mesh with Holes

Hello all,
I’m making an asteroid model, and I have 2 holes/tunnels in the mesh.
When I use UV master I get a very bad result. I’ve used uv master in the past with great success, so I’m not sure whats causing this.

Drawing good seams with the control painting options should help. If that doesn’t do the trick, create structured polygroups so the UV master can separate them into their own UV islands.

You have more options, but those should almost always help.
