UV Master: Cant Enable Control Painting?

So I’ve loaded my tool, which is an object imported from maya that has been sculpted. I switched from draw mode to edit mode and clicked work on clone. I then unwrapped it and tried to click Enable Control Painting.

However, when I do this, a message pops up that says “This function requires a model with no subdivision levels. Please use the Work on Clone feature to set your model up for control painting.” I already am working on a clone, which I know because the model turned white and switched to its lowest-poly state. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I can’t tell you how thankful I would be if someone has a possible resolve to this issue. I am hoping it is due to my complete lack of experience in Zbrush that I can’t figure this out.

Hey man, I’m not quite sure. Can you try to select the clone with the selection tool?

I’ve tried that, but it still doesn’t seem to work. If anyone else has any ideas, please share. I’d greatly appreciate it.
