- UV maps question -

Hi guys^^

Suppose we have a cilinder and we cut and delete half of it, my uv will be also cut in half. Is there a quick way, without assigning a new uv, to have the original uv extanded to the new half cilinder?

Plus, sometimes merging using subtool master I lose some uvs or some seams disapper… anybody experincing the same?

For the cylinder, I can’t think of a method - you would have to assign new UVs.

For merging using SubTool Master, this is a known issue and will be fixed in the next update. In the meantime you can use the Merge Visible function in the Tool>SubTool menu (Merge section). Be sure to turn on the UV option.
