Uv-Mapping

Hello, im completely new to this forum and also very new to uv-mapping. I recently made a model with clothing and such and now I need the normal and ambient occ maps for texturing, the problem is that i didnt have any uv maps so i can’t use what i sculpted. Is there any way to save my work or do i have to do it all over again?

Also, if anyone knows any good uv-mapping tutorials would you be so kind to tell me of them, I really need to learn this so a similar situation doesnt happen again.

nothing is ever lost.

you’ll need to retopo your mesh.
unwrap your model
and project your new mesh back onto the old one.

you can find a ton of tutorials on polycount.com for unwrapping, etc.
