UV map Seams weird with GOZ to Modo problem

I made a model with ZBrush, once modeled and painted I sent it with GOZ to Modo to prepare a better UV Map.

Later I sent it again to Zbrush and it was all destroyed even cleaning it in modo (I had to use the Mesh Clean Up to unit again those polygons) The mesh was not so bad, after all the HIGH subdivisions were fine, but the UV Map was destroyed (as you can see in the “CheckSeams” in zbrush, practically all model is in Orange color).

So… What I did wrong? What Can I do to solve this problem? Is there any way to bring it to modo and not have this problems?
