UV map re-import

Just having a bit of a problem.

I’ve imported my model from 3dsmax. With no UV map for it.

I’ve started detailing the model in ZBrush until I finished so I’m happy.

Now I need to export a Normal Map for the model back in 3dsmax, but I can’t do to no UV. Can I go back to the model in 3dsmax to make a UV and assign it to the ZBrush tool that I’ve detailed, or do I have to re-import the OBJ file to ZBrush and start the detailing again?

I have not yet tried this out in 3.5, so I don’t know if it differs. I imagine it might if subtools are involved.
