UV Map "Cycle UV" - What does it do?

Hi,

Like the topic says, what does “Cycle UV” under the “UV Map” tools do and is there any specific documentation about it?
I’ve started to use it because someone mentioned on the forum that it fixes issues you might get when importing meshes with the “mismatch point order”.

I would assume it cycles through your different UV sets, but my object only has one and it cycles through different variations…
