I created a shirt in Marvelous designer and exported to an OBJ. Then imported into blender and unwrapped the uv map and then imported to zbrush. But my textures seem like they are overlapping and half of the uv is cut off.

Make sure that none of the UV islands are touching the border of the UV space. Scale or move the islands in from the edge a bit.
