Hello! I am a beginner at zbrush and my goal is to create a low poly fully textured model. I am also using blender and am very familiar with it. Though i am having some confusion with maps and retopology… My model is already sculpted and I understand how to retopologize in zbrush. I am looking for tutorials or help from others on how to make the normal and displacement map. I also need help on what order to do the retopology and the maps and how to put them all together. I would be thrilled if you guys could help me by posting a video link or giving some tips. 
1) Sculpt and paint.
2) Retopologize.
3) Project details.
4) Go to level 1 and UV map.
5) Create displacement or normal map. (You’ll need to turn on Tool>Geometry>Cage if you’re going to be creating a displacement map.)
6) Export level 1.
7) Turn off Cage (if it was on). Return to the highest level and create the texture map or AO map.
That’s the gist of it. :)
