uv changed after working in zbrush 3.5

hi, have question, hope this is the right place to ask.

The uv on my model changed after i sculpt/ use any brush on zbrush 3.5, anyone have any idea why?

did some testing and it appears that whenever i did some sculpt/smooth/moce on the lowest division then the uv start messed up.
hopefully someone could help me with this.
