using zbrush for a game environment

Ive actually had myself zbrush models imported into my game before, just takes an obj loader.

But what do you do about the game environment, can zbrush handle environments?

What would be a tactic in using zbrush to make a game level with it.

One idea I had was I could separate the map into sections then model each section one at a time and display the map as a group of connected models, but is there any other ways I could go about doing this?

What I really mean is, is there a standard way of going about doing this thats tried and proven already?

thankyou for any replies.

Regarding how to bring your stuff into ZBrush, get SubTool Master. It can load a bunch of OBJ’s together and make them all SubTools within the same ZTL. That way you can work on one piece while still seeing how it relates to the rest. The plugin is available from the Download Center (see my signature).
