Using radial symmetry

Hello everyone , I need some help with a hard surface piece I’m working on , I want to use radial symmetry in a subtool , but unfortunately this subtool has certain inclination so radial symmetry doesnt work ( I suppose ) , so Im wondering if there is a way to store the position of such subtool , then use unify ( to be able to use radial symmetry) and finally put that subtool back to this original position.
Hope you understand my question … I’m attaching an image so you can have a better understanding of what I want to do

Kind regards to everyone and thanks in advance for your help!!!

good question and yes without unifying at most you might have to square it up in place apply rad sym then tip too angle again ! p.s - nice model !!

So basically I’ll have to merge the whole arm square it up as you suggest then use radial simmetry… in zbrush … theres no way to mesure the inclination of such piece ??? I guess not … Thanks Gary for your time I wanna get this piece done for the end of the week!!!
