Umm, how do i use more than one shader channel, in the mat modifiers on a standard material?

In the Standard Materials palette, use “DoubleShade1” material for 2 shader slots. “TriShaders” material for 3 slots and “QuadShaders” material for four slots. You can Copy and paste shaders from other materials to the different shader slots.
OKay thanks, still wondering how to set up an SSS Shader Channel.
I believe ZBrush uses the FresnalOverlay material for SSS. See here on how SSS works in ZBrush.
