user startup

If all the users in our machines are under domain controlled, what is the proper way to install and activate zbrush in order to be able to startup as user level? I have experience in the past that if i activate in admin level, user will not have the permission to start.

What are the directories that I need to open up permission in order to allow me to startup at user level?

Version 3.5 no longer has that restriction. It should be installed and activated while logged in as an admin. It will then run for all users.

If it’s Windows 7 or Vista you may have to give “Run as Administrator” permission to ZBrush itself. This has no effect on the user’s account permissions; it’s an application-specific permission set by right-clicking on the ZBrush executable and choosing Properties, then setting the Run as Administrator option at the bottom of the Compatibility tab.
