Hi friends this Character Has Multiple UV Tiles… and about 29 million Poly count. And This Tile has about 12. Million Polygons… I am trying to create a texture map of 4k Resolution

Wow, that really looks like a defective vga memory issue or a vga driver issue.

can you please Explain me In detail ?? about vga memory issue or a vga driver issue.

Usually those jagged, colored lines appear when the vga card has defective memory: system works fine, but when a defective vga memory sector is accessed, data information is corrupted and usually shows wrong, misplaced pixel. If this is the trouble, it’s necessary to replace the vga card.
However, I don’t want to alarm you: test your system with games or other applications that make intensive use of vga memory, and see if those odd, colored pixels show up.

But the problem could be related also to an outdated or corrupted vga card driver. What card do you have ? Do you have latest drivers ? Check that out, if necessary download and install newest drivers for you vga card, and try to reinstall also latest directX.

Sorry: I just noticed you have an nVidia Quadro, so go at nvidia.com and check if there are new drivers…
