Uploading image problem

Hi, This is my first post on this forum. I am trying to upload a 264 kb jpeg image file . But not able to do so. upload fail error is what I am getting. Please help me get through this problem. Thanks

Is it named .jpeg? Try .jpg instead.

Also, I have posted the image in an alternate thread…Is that the right way of doing it ? Please guide me if i’s wrong.
I see some threads having a click to enlarge button, How can I do that? Please help
