Hi Kenny,
cool stuff in here  Keep goin’
Thanks again for your comments.
Your work is cool

Best regards,

Chris

You have various stuff here. I like your busts the most of it. Sure keep zbrushing them.
You should try to take rendering further as this takes big role in presenting stuff (at least finished one).
I am not an expert so it is not a critique and I also learning zbrush especially rendernig and materials in recent time.
Well zbrush is a bit different in approach with this stuff but as I dig more into it it reveals his glory on that field.
And like (i think) VISEone has wrote using “classic” materials instead of matcap gives more flexibility (placing lights around and play with the feel of materials) as I see it right now. Also very useful to me is exporting direct in jpg format as it goes through adjustments for image after all BPR (which also makes big difference in finishing image) filters are finished.

Sorry for so long post

So do keep up!
Happy Zbrushing!

wow ! you have improved your skills very fast!

@Chris aka aliengraphic & xexex - Thank you very much for stopping by and giving me such kind feedback, really appreciate it:)

@davorek - WOW thank you so much for the kind feedback mate and giving me advices on rendering, yeah I really having problems with that big time^^ Will definently try to work harder on the rendering, because you are right it is very important to present your artwork well! Do you know any tutorial where there is a good hint on rendering in zbrush? Never used the Lightcap system :frowning: Need to check that one aswell! Really thanks for stopping by and taking time writing in my sketchbook:)

Here is a screenshot, what I could save from tonights head study sculpt :x sculpted and textured about an hour and could not finish the sculpting and texturing of the shirt… and than suddenly zbrush shut down and I did note save any file and neither saved a backup file… So I thought I just post this screenshot of a tonights head doodle! I am doing several head sculpts before I am starting working on my latest bigger projects.
Hope you guys like it, critics and comments are very welcomed in any way (rendering, sculpting, texturing…)

Hi Kenny,

That last bust is looking really good! My only crit would be that the bottom of the neck/chest is a bit hot. Cheers,David

Dang Kenny, that’s really great for 1 hr., amazing.

Ezra

Heh, Can’t think up anything to criticize. From where I stand, the sculpt’s fantastic, and so is the texture. :+1:
Wish I could do something like that… ))

Very good sculpting painting!
In one hour? Amazing.
I wonder what action crashed Zb.
It doesn’t save recovery file on my system too (OSX). But it crashed only a few times.

Excellent man, keep it going!

@chalkman aka David - Thank you so much buddy, really appreciate^^ What do you mean with the chest is a bit hot :D?

@michalis - Are you workin on a Mac? Wow ^^ Thanks for the great feedback and that you like it, yeah took about 45min for the sculpt, actually my reference was chris tucker  and yeah it really was weird, dont really know why it crashed… I was playing around with the nudge tool in spotlight and wanted to subdivide the texture one time and then suddenly—BOOM Zbrush hast found a error and must close now

@FairCat - Yeah faircat thanks for stopping by and really glad you like it:)
