Unworkable topo on ear mesh - and Dynamesh isn't helping

I just started a sculpt of manga character Gohan from Dragon Ball Z, and 45 minutes into it I find the ear topology is being a pain to work with. Since the character is stylized, his ear should be one of the most detailed parts on his face.

The topology is a result from a previous Dynamesh I did, when I extruded the neck down. Of course, it made the neck great to work with, but the ear, not so much.

Anyway, I attached some images to show what I mean. Any tips for fixing the ear topo?

In that early stage I would not be worried by the topology with tools as dynamesh. The workflow is each time you have problems with the topology you execute dynamesh again. The topology will be recalculated and any stretch will disappear. Only when the general shapes are completely fixed is worth to start with Zremesher.
