Unwelded UV's when exporting?

Hi All,

We have just stumbled on something which may be new or has simply gone unnoticed by us. When we export an object from Max2010 which has its proper UV’s layed out, import to Zbrush 3.5r3 then export it and open it back up in Max all of its UV’s are broken/unwelded.

Is there a way around this? Is this a new problem?

Does selecting Mrg in the export options help.
