Unexpected result after unwrapping

Salut à tous,

I have modelled and polypainted a character with 6 SDiv levels, 8 subtools, including one subtool called « Body »:

I want to unwrap textures and generate maps (diffuse and normal). For most subtools, I manage to generate UVs. But for the subtool « body » I cannot, although I do as follows :
Zplugin menu > UV Master > Work On Clone
Once Clone is displayed as a unique subtool : Zplugin menu > Unwrap
Then Zplugin menu > Flatten
Here is what I get…

In addition, there is no texture thumbnail dispayed in Tool > Texture Map
And when pressing New From UV Map, here is what I get :

Not the result expected at all.
Has anyone met this before and how can it be solved/prevented?

It looks like you have overlapping UV’s. Did you make the model in another software and then import it into ZBrush, or did you do it all in ZBrush? Also, what settings did you use in UV Master?

All was made in ZBrush : 1) ZSpheres, 2) Adoptive skin, 3) Dynamesh, 4) ZRemesher, 5) then added some additional subtools like teeth, eyes etc.
