WOW! amazing works
how do you and other top-notch artist get the the very well designed exact hard surface is beyond me :frowning: every time I try hard surface i ended up creating a lot unneeded shapes or certain other shapes that I don’t want on my base mesh, and using HPolish again and again totally messes up the base mesh then i ended up with a abstract looking rock :’( any tips

Is that clay material available somewhere?

Zrag2: I recorded a short video about resurfacing block-outs / concept models. I hope this helps

Recorgasm: The one from the previous page is just a blinn shader with a touch of gloss. You can find my zbrush material pack here: http://www.undoz.com/blog/2014/1/3/zbrush-practical-material-set.html

Dayum, sweet! Thx for sharing your workflow vid! I noticed you have a lot of customized versions of some basic brushes. What kind of tweaks have you made to them?

Glad you find it useful!

Dancuka: On the brushes I’m mostly modifying and saving basic settings like the alpha, intensity, focal shift, stroke mode etc.
