Very nice Undoz
Your sculpts are awezome!
Thanks selwy!
Alex, thanks man!
Thanks Bruno, I can say the same about your works
I had some free time to focus on another model. It’s on the same theme as the last one, inspired after the Seth Bullock character from Deadwood.
Cheers!

great works, the last one has a very good detail in cloth, but i think the head’s proportion need some more works, very inspiring thoughsmall_orange_diamond
beautifull work!
great work man
may be to change width of shoulders a bit more wide?
man undoz great job. the head feels wacky lke what was said before but the technical sculpting and the folds and such are really awsome.
This piece in particular is great to see because I’ve just recently finished a cowboy character so I notice things you’ve done that I didnt think of or do as well and its very inspiring.
great job.
p.s. whats the MatCap your using there for the cowboy.

Thanks everyone.
There definitely seems to be something wrong with the head since you are pointing that out, but can you please be a bit more specific. I’m not able to see it at the moment, I’ve looked too much at this model.
truedeja, the material is one that I’ve made. I’ve attached it.x_undoz_Custom1.zip (244 KB)
thanks man, ill check out the material.
as far as the critique ill do my best, some other people on here im sure will have things to say.
the shoulders are the main problem id say, there are thin width wise, so broadening them would help. As of now if i imagine him shirtless the pecks would be squished together in the middle of his chest, so the whole armpit/shoulder needs to come out and dropped/ or the head needs to be brought up. Since the character is so tall already id say lower the shoulders, whats happening with the ehad i think is that it looks like he has no neck. like he scrunhcing up and shrugging, so just being liberal with the move tool to get a more relaxed pose would do it.
I hope all that made sense, id say some broad moving of the arm/shoulder area would make a world of difference. As far as the head goes i think people are feeling like its squashed lengthwise, but the shoulder/neck stuff would fix it i think. The hat tenses t up also. Rotating it backward a bit more and resting it on the ears would give a more natural feeling, it draws my attention a bit. its a rigid afterthought feeling.
ok thank you for the material and great character sculpt

beautiful work sir! the thing that stands out to me are the folds in the coat -the top part of it suggests a heavy, thick cloth [almost leather like] while the bottom looks like it’s a very thin almost chiffon-like fabric… quite a discrepency… but otherwise I love it
wow , always nice
like your work
Great work man like all your works till now, keep it up!
Hi Undoz! Beautiful updates, thanks for posting!
I’ve updated the image in the post above.
truedeja, thanks a lot for taking the time to answer. I appreciate it a lot! That was exactly what I was needing, besides a pair of fresh eyes
I widened, lowered the shoulders, lowered the neck point and scaled, moved the head a bit.
I had a reference body model underneath the clothing to make sure I respect the proportions, but I guess I neglected the way the cloth retains its shape on the shoulders.
Intervain: thank you madame I sacrificed some folds and added some other to balance things a bit.
barbarossaX, thanks!
Darukin, thanks for looking around!
Hey Etcher! Thank you.
Very clean. Do you plan on posing him?
Wonderful work, undoz !
Looks like it´s almost high noon at ZBC! LOL
Who´ll be the rival?
And will it be a duel to the death?
I´m sure we all will support your character!
By the way, I´ve downloaded the material. It´s great! Many thanks.
i love this forum in many ways, the way people comment and critiques the works is so great, and i have a very good learning time while reading other posts.
as for the head i think the head squashed a little and the back of the head is alittle flat,i must admit that, you have some really great attention to details,i would like to hear your comment about my sketchbook, Dear Undoz:)
