Undo history saving enabled but I'm not getting my history back in ZPR files?[Solved]

Undo history saving enabled but I am not getting my history back in ZPR files. I also have skip loading unchecked.

What am I doing wrong how can I get the undo history back that is there when I use save file ?

I figured it out. There is a SECOND button, which disables/enables history saving in the File menu.
