I think you could improve the likeness of the character. I don’t think you capture the anatomy in general of the actor.
You should share Front/side/3quarter view so we can help you
yeah your right i actually wanted to change a little the character and style but in fact i haven’t enough refrences

For the head, I recommend that you match Bill Nighy actor first and decay him.
