Unable to paint a tool made with shadowbox

Hi,
I am unable to paint or spotlight this tool made with shadowbox (R3).
Can someone try to paint it with spotlight or propose a solution…
All other ZB tools works well.
I wanted to attach the ztl tool in question but too big (2,87m?). So I joint an image.
If someone wanted try it, give me an email address please and I will send you the tool.

Makes sure the texture map is turned off. By default, it has the grid texture applied to the shadow box.
