Keep getting this when trying to save; virtual memory custom set to 25000 MB.

Which version of ZBrush are you using? As per forum policy stated here, could you show a screenshot of the entire interface without the top cut off.

i am getting the same proble here,
im on Zbrush 4R4 P2
any word on whats going on and how to fix this?
I believe it stems from merging subtools without having uv’s assigned to them.
The error you are getting about Unable to Offline a Memory is a known issue that we are currently working on. It is caused by the UV button not being turned on when a MergeDown is done. The way to avoid this error is to make sure that you have turned on the UV button right below MergeVisible before completing the MergeDown.
