Unable to Edit or ControlShift-Click select

I’ve seen this before. I can’t seem to edit or perform group selection on the attached ztl.

If I try to edit, it goes into ‘rotate’ mode. Ctrl-Shift-Click always ‘shows all’ rather than flipping the visibility.

I ‘can’ drag rect select portions of the mesh!?

Has to be something I’ve done, but I can’t spot it.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

I’ve at least two models showing this same problem.

Well. I still don’t know what’s going on, but I have found a workaround…

BEFORE loading the problem tool, drop another tool (say ‘Plane3D’) in the view and go into edit mode.

THEN load the problem tool.

Seems to work OK then.

Turn off Edit, then make sure ZIntensity is set to 100 before turning on Edit again. Let me know if that helps.

Yep. That works too.

The tool also changes in appearance as you go back into edit.
