I have a model consisting of a couple of subtools. During the modelling stage I assigned temp materials-temp colors. Now I want to polypaint and work on the final materials but for some reason no color or material info is being accepted.
I have polypaint activated (obviously) as well as MRGB turned on. I tried filling the subtool with the FlatMaterial to delete the exisiting Shader but it doesn’t work - neither does painting any other material on it in Brushmode (not fillObject). The only way to get the model to accept color/material is to export the highest level as OBJ, reimport and append.
Not ideal. Is there anz other trick I am unaware of to force ZB to reset Material-assignements ?
