Un-assigning MRGB polypainted areas?

I’ve accidently painted areas using MRGB instead of RGB. The problem is I want to scroll through different materials on my model without permanently baking anything. How can I un-bake the painted MRGB areas so the material changed with the rest of the model?

Use the FlatColor material. When used with polypaint, this has the effect of removing material.
